Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase you may return the product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, less initial shipping costs and a restocking fee – excluding clearance items.

To be eligible for a return, The product must be unused, and in the same condition as it was delivered. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@aeratronfans.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return authorisation and mailing information. Please ensure that returns are well packaged. We recommend using a tracked method of return delivery as we are unable to accept responsibility for lost return packages. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs of returning the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Missing or Damaged Product

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

If your product was delivered damaged, please contact us at hello@aeratronfans.co.nz. and provide a photo of the damage. On confirmation of the damage, we will arrange for the product to be collected, and the damaged product will be replaced.

If your product is missing, please first double-check around the property and with your neighbours. If this cannot be found, please contact us at hello@aeratronfans.co.nz., and we will try to track the item through our shipping provider.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (refer to 'Returns' above), and once the return is accepted and refund processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive your product back in accordance with our ‘Returns’ or ‘Missing or Damaged Product’ policies, we will process your refund to the original credit card used for payment, and send you a confirmation email. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
